Lotus Premium Lodge - Lotus Group Tours - Ha Giang

Pure brilliant stay! The staff were dead friendly, especially a lass called Tina at reception who was a great help. The room was comfy with a cracking hot shower. Only downside, the AC was a wee bit off. Still, I'd go back in a heartbeat!

The new building boasts a modern design with spacious layouts. The Beautiful Double Room offers a comfortable ambiance, awesome for a decent night's sleep.

Unfortunately, there are several issues that bring the experience down. The air conditioning in one room failed on the first night, leaving it uncomfortably warm. Stains on the shelves and dirty bed sheets detracted from the overall cleanliness, while the bathroom emanated unpleasant odors. The pool was not fully operational, disappointing for anyone hoping to take a dip.

The staff, especially Tina, were helpful in arranging local tours and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

The pool facilities were disappointing, with only a small greenish pool available instead of the two blue pools advertised online.

Amazing stay with fine views!

I stayed in a 10-bed dorm and it was surprisingly spacious! The beds were super comfy. I got a balcony with a amazing mountain view. The staff, especially Tina, were awesome, always ready to help with anything. Only thing? The dining at the bar could use a bit more variety.

Arriving early, I faced a frustrating experience with check-in, as my pre-arrival message about my arrival time was disregarded, leading to a long wait at the reception. The room I booked initially wasn't available, resulting in a room change the next day. I enjoyed the indulgent pastries but found the menu limited and repetitive. The location posed a challenge due to its distance from nearby amenities, and the pool was not as attractive as advertised, being a greenish hue instead of the vibrant blue shown in photos.

great facilities , but some maintenance needed

The facilities were fine. The spa offered affordable treatments that exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the room's mountain view.

The beautiful king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was great! I appreciated the hotel's excellent wifi, made planning my tours easier. Especially tina, rosse, and thomas, were great too help with bus tickets and tours.

i would have liked more dining options.

The initial room had a severe sewage odor, and although we were moved to a different room, that too felt oddly constructed and uncomfortable. The bed was excessively hard, and basic amenities like hand soap were missing. In terms of dining, I was led to expect a range of options, but many menu items were unavailable, which severely limited our meal choices. While the friendly staff were a bright spot, the lingering issues overshadowed our experience was nice.
